Back on board
Took a few days off the hectic diet as things at work are pretty stressful and upsetting, and concentrating on that plus a lot of gym plus calorie counting with MFP was just getting too much.
Now been looking at We Heart It, Tumblr girls, fitspo and thinspo, and I need to get back on it. Need to get looking the way I want to, and there’s no easy way there.
Back to counting tomorrow. Come...

Any Advice, fitblr?
Heya guys
I’m needing a little bit of advice with regards to healthy eating amounts. I’m on MyFitnesspal trying to lose weight at a reasonable rate. I’m wanting to lose about 5kg to start off with.
H: 175 cm
SW: 71 kg (UK size twelve, pretty muscly)
CW: 69 kg
GW: 65 kg
UGW: 60 - 63 kg (or a UK size ten)
I work out about 6 days a week, and I mix...
